For 2008, the Mileage Reimbursement Rate for Business Miles is $.505 from 1/1/08 through 6/30/08 and $.585 from 7/1/08 through 12/31/08. The 2009 Mileage Reimbursement Rate for Business Miles is $.55. 

The Medical Reimbursement Rate for 2008 is $.19 from 1/1/08 through 6/30/08 and $.27 from 7/1/08 through 12/31/08.  For 2009 the Medical Reimbursement Rate is $.24.
