As promised, now you can confidently pay your invoices online with the security you are used to with your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards securely for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing.

We are registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

We do not share any personal information with third parties, except as legally required by law or professional standards, or as directed by you. If you ask us to forward information to a third party, we will ask you for a written release authorizing us to do so.

Access to your personal information is limited to those who have a need to know. Those individuals in our office who have access to your information are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

Your payment and personal information is always safe on our site and when processed thru our payment processor. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software that is used is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. This software will encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address, so it cannot be read in the event of a compromise.

Refund Policy:

When paying with a credit card, all payments received are credited to your account and are not necessarily considered paid in full. We do not offer a refund on credit card payments. If you have overpaid your statement, we will credit the overpayment to your account which will be applied to your next invoice for services.
