Jeffrey S. Kipperman, CPA, Managing Director With Firm Since November 1988
Jeff is not your "typical accountant". He has been working proactively with clients in the area of business development for the last twenty years. In addition to being responsible for the management of the Firm, including staff assignments and client acceptance, Jeff’s expertise is in the area of business advisory. He enjoys helping clients focus on creating value within their businesses. His community service commitment keeps him busy as Jeff maintains Board of Director positions on the Merrimack County Savings Bank, Concord Hospital, Capital Region Health Care and Northeast Delta Dental. Jeff is also a Rotarian and an incorporator of The Initiative for a 20/20 Vision for Concord, NH and past Board Member of Main Street Concord, Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, and the NH Mediation Program.
In his free time, you will either find him wading in a river with his fly fishing pole or on top of a mountain with his wife Linda and children Ian, Lindsay and Eric. If not there, he will definitely be on the golf course.

Thomas L. Marsh, CPA With Firm Since 1982
Tom is the Firm’s Tax Partner. He has extensive experience in both Federal and State tax issues. He attended Plymouth State University and served in the U.S. Navy aboard the destroyer USS Lawrence.
During breaks away from the office, Tom enjoys traveling to inns in New England with his wife of over thirty years, Kathy. He enjoys relaxing with a good book about the Civil War or the sea.

Joni A. Bickford, Office Administrator With Firm Since 1982
Joni, a member of the Executive Committee, is involved in many areas of the Firm working closely with management. You may find her re-booting computers, installing software, and working with our network consultants and computer servers. She troubleshoots problems, installs toner, changes printer cartridges and is seldom found sitting in her chair. Joni also assists the Client Write-up Department with many functions, working directly with clients, backing up payroll processing including banking/internet functions. Joni takes care of the Firm’s accounting, including paying of invoices, payroll and issuing client statements. Along with the Managing Director, she works in the Firm’s HR Department. Joni is a member of the Human Resource Association of Greater Concord and is a current member of their Finance Committee.
Joni gets ready for tax season by disappearing into the woods the first three days of hunting season with her 308 rifle. (Watch out!) She finishes off the tax season with a two-week trip to Aruba for fun in the sun.

Thomas Deyak, CPA With Firm Since August 2008
Tom enjoys working closely and developing strong relationships with clients in order to help them succeed. He works with a wide range of industries and is responsible for providing tax and financial statement services to clients.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and his graduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Manchester Young Professionals Network. Tom also serves as a board member for the Friendly Kitchen.
Tom keeps busy with his wife and two active young boys while outside the office. He and his family enjoy traveling, running, and various sports.

Cynthia A. Ewart, Accountant With Firm Since August 1997
Cindee performs write-up and payroll services for clients. She also offers daily support to the Partners and Team Members by preparing compilations and reviews. In addition, she also prepares Federal and State tax returns for individuals and entities.
When Cindee is not managing debits and credits, you may find her on the golf course with her husband, Al, or just plain relaxing at home with a good novel or working on her latest teddy bear creation.

Sandra E. Fay, Accountant With Firm Since November 1991
Sandra works in the for-profit and not-for-profit areas of auditing, specializing in Single Audits (the auditing of Federal grant funds). She also prepares compiled and reviewed financial statements and income tax returns. Prior to joining the Firm, Sandra worked in the private sector for an insurance company in their Accounting Department. Her commitment to community service, including volunteering time on the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Funds for Education Golf Tournament, keeps her very busy through the summer (although she doesn’t golf???).
You can find her spending time taking photographs, visiting friends, and taking care of her West Highland White Terrier, Noel.

Lisa M. Hardy, Administrative Assistant With Firm Since January 2012
New to the firm, Lisa is a fundamental part of the office administration. She provides support to the Managing Director and Office Administrator, as well as the rest of the team. Lisa is always willing to learn and try new challenges and is looking forward to working with the firm’s clients on a more personal level.
Lisa enjoys doing charity work and sits on the Board for the High Hopes Foundation of NH as well as a committee member for the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association Bowling Committee. When she isn’t working she can be found coaching high school bowling, helping out at the family-owned bowling center, reading a good book, sewing, or spending time with her family.

Pollyanna S. King, CPA, MST With Firm Since June 2011
Pollyanna brings over twelve years tax experience, seven of which were specialized in the area of Trusts. She holds a Masters in Taxation from Suffolk University, and a Business degree from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. She enjoys a job well done and cracking the code through tax research. Pollyanna also serves as an Executive Committee member of the NH Estate Planning Council.
Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, Jeff. During the summer, they might be out mountain biking, boating or camping. Often she is at home in the garden, but she has traveled and lived in London, Uganda, Hawaii and Texas.

Andrew Luce, CPA With Firm Since January 2006
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Plymouth State University. Working closely with the Firm’s clients, Andrew has spent the past three years gaining knowledge and experience in the public accounting field. He actively participates in audits, prepares review and compilation engagements, and is responsible for individual and entity tax returns.
Andrew enjoys the outdoors. He’s been known to zip-line and scuba dive, but more routinely, he can be found fishing in NH lakes and golfing. In the winter time, his passion is skiing.

Laurie A. Murray, CPA With Firm Since September 2004
Laurie is the Firm’s Tax Manager and chairperson of the Tax Committee. She is a great resource for tax news and updates, often referred to as the “walking and talking tax library.” Laurie is not only very responsive to client needs, she is also an active member of the Firm’s Website Committee and co-chair for the planning and implementation of the Firm’s continuing professional education (CPE) program. Laurie views her commitment to the Firm and her clients as exciting and rewarding. Laurie is also Treasurer of Main Street Concord, Inc.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and friends aboard their boat on any one of the many fabulous lakes that New Hampshire has to offer. You might also find her on the golf course or on a nature walk, particularly where there is a lot of wildlife to capture in a Kodak moment.

Leona Raymond, Client Write-up With Firm Since October 1986
Leona diligently prepares and processes our clients’ payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and various other general ledger functions. The services she provides allows small businesses to keep their operations running smoothly while maintaining vital office records which can sometimes be the demise of an otherwise profitable business.

Andrea-Lyn Sargent, Director of First Impressions With Firm Since September 2000
Anne is an integral component of the Firm’s front line. She is always there to greet clients by name and to provide amazing support to the Team.

Lorena Sinnamon, CPA With Firm Since December 2009
Lorena brings over ten years tax experience to the Firm. She is a 1996 graduate of the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Lorena prides herself in providing a high level of service to clients. She also serves as the Treasurer for the Town of Deerfield, NH.
Lorena enjoys her home in the woods and the outdoors. She often likes to go boating, hiking, waterskiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling with her husband and daughter.

Marian Stacey, CPA With Firm Since July 1985
Marian has been with the Firm for over twenty years. She works closely with the Firm’s clients on an individual basis, specializing in the areas of individual and trust returns.

Leslie Walker, CPA With Firm Since October 2006
Leslie has over twenty years experience in the accounting industry. Before entering public accounting, Leslie spent her career working in the private sector as an accountant and internal auditor. Most recently, Leslie has been busy conducting audits and providing tax services to a number of the Firm’s larger clients. She chairs the Firm’s Financial Statement Committee and is responsible for keeping the Team up-to-date on accounting pronouncements.
When she is not working, Leslie can often be found with her husband and two boys in Maine where they often vacation. She also enjoys riding motocross bikes, hiking, and gardening.
