Alyssa Hodges Earns CVA Designation

We are pleased to announce that Alyssa Hodges has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation. The CVA is the most widely recognized credential in the field of business valuation and is the only valuation designation accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
With this certification, Alyssa is qualified to issue valuation reports for gift and estate tax purposes, as required by the IRS. These reports are also commonly used in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business activities.
Alyssa is excited to support the continued growth of Mason + Rich’s valuation services. To obtain the CVA designation, she completed a rigorous training program, successfully passed a comprehensive exam, and submitted a detailed case study for approval.
