Gwen joined the Mason + Rich team in September 2025 as the firm’s Human Resources Manager. With a strong background in employee development and talent acquisition, she is driven by a passion for creating a workplace culture where every individual can thrive and realize their full potential.
 
With a Bachelor of Arts from New England College, Gwen enjoys advocating for continuous learning and best practices within the HR field and has earned a Society of Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional designation.
 
She believes that investing in people is the key to unlocking collective success.
 
Gwen enjoys travel, hiking and spending time with family and friends. On a beautiful day she can often be found in her garden. Gwen lives in Henniker, NH with her husband, Jim and their cat Riley.
