Kaela Bowden

Receptionist

Kaela joined the Mason + Rich team January 2025 as a Receptionist. She will be the first smiling face you see when you enter our office, and voice you hear on the phone.  Kaela has a background as a receptionist, in customer service, and being a part of a management team. She takes pride in efficiency, problem solving, and being detailed-oriented.
 
She lives here in Concord with her baby, her husband, and her cat Sophie. In her free time, she enjoys walks, doing crafts, and spending time with her family
