Leslie Walker Finalist for AICPA’s Innovative Practitioner of the Year – Vote Now!​

We are excited to announce that Leslie Walker has been selected as one of 14 finalists for the AICPA’s Innovative Practitioner of the year.
 
Leslie was selected for three major innovations in the accounting profession which she has been implementing at Mason + Rich. These innovations have the goal of attracting new staff who become proficiently trained and the ability to offer new services to clients.

1. Helping to develop the first accounting apprenticeship program in New Hampshire in 2023. This program has been successful and lead to an Apprenticeship II program in 2024.

 

1. Working to revamp the training for new accountants. With the use of AI, Leslie is actively working to revamp training matters that will be replaced with interactive course materials.

 

1. The use of technology to offer new and improved services.
