Mariah Patterson Completes Apprenticeship I

We are excited to share that Mariah Patterson, our Accounting Apprentice, has completed Part I of her program and will be advancing to our Accounting Apprentice II role.
The apprenticeship program, in partnership with primarily community colleges in New Hampshire, allows an accounting student to engage in a 1-year or 3-year apprenticeship. The student is able to take accounting courses, while receiving on-the-job experience with Mason + Rich. The program provides tuition reimbursement and covers certain expenses for the apprentice. This initiative gives students the chance to explore if accounting is the right career path for them.
