"After completing my first apprenticeship, I was asked to be a panelist of the Apprenticeship Summit 2024 to talk about my experience. This was a great opportunity to be able to spread the knowledge of having professional apprenticeships in New Hampshire. Many members of the audience didn’t know the AppreticeshipNH offers the professional apprenticeships along with apprenticeships within the trades." -Mariah Patterson
The apprenticeship program, in partnership with primarily community colleges in New Hampshire, allows an accounting student to engage in a 1-year or 3-year apprenticeship. The student is able to take accounting courses, while receiving on-the-job experience with Mason + Rich. The program provides tuition reimbursement and covers certain expenses for the apprentice. This initiative gives students the chance to explore if accounting is the right career path for them.
