Mason + Rich Launches New Internship Program
January 2025
Mason + Rich, PA is excited to announce that we are launching a new internship program beginning in January 2025. Candidates from area colleges applied to the program last fall, and three interns were hired. They will be interning at different points throughout the winter/spring, and summer semesters.
The internship program will focus on learning several key software that are utilized in preparing tax returns and once familiar, will allow them to help with the preparation of those areas. Although we hope these interns will love Mason + Rich and stay with us long-term, the knowledge they learn from this experience will help them progress in their future careers.
More on our four new interns:
Adriano Cremonini is our first intern who started with us January 7th. He is a sophomore at UNH, and works at Hannaford’s as a customer service lead for the front end. Adriano is currently in the process of obtaining his bachelor’s in accounting.
Fun Fact: Adriano lived in Italy in the town of Fano, Marche. He is also Bi-lingual (Italian and English), loves to read books, play video games and hike.

Rylee Constant will be starting with us May 27th. Rylee is a junior at SNHU, and pursing her bachelor’s in accounting. She plans to get her CPA license. She currently works for her family business at Constantly Pizza (here in town!) and is on the field hockey team at SNHU.
Fun Fact: Rylee loves to travel, flying, driving, walking-anything! She loves having the opportunity to visit new places so I can learn and experience new things.

Rylee Constant
Benjamin Niezrecki will be starting with us May 27th. Ben is a sophomore at UNH, and has been self-employed as a handyman. During the summers, he worked for UNH transportation services and received his commercial driver’s license, as well as participating in various activities around campus. He currently has an internship with an EMS department working through their financials.
Fun Fact: Ben loves to spend every minute he can outdoors. He loves freediving and was recently able to reach 75 feet down!
