Mason + Rich Welcomes 2026 Tax Season Interns

The internship program will focus on learning several key software that are utilized in preparing tax returns and once familiar, will allow them to help with the preparation of those areas. Although we hope these interns will love Mason + Rich and stay with us long-term, the knowledge they learn from this experience will help them progress in their future careers.

Adriano Cremonini started with us in 2025. He is a junior at UNH, and works at Hannaford’s as a customer service lead for the front end. Adriano is currently in the process of obtaining his bachelor’s in accounting.
 
Fun Fact: Adriano lived in Italy in the town of Fano, Marche. He is also Bi-lingual (Italian and English), loves to read books, play video games and hike.

​Rylee Constant started with us in May of 2025. She is a senior at SNHU, and pursing her bachelor’s in accounting. She plans to get her CPA license. She currently works for her family business at Constantly Pizza (here in town!) and is on the field hockey team at SNHU.
 
Fun Fact: Rylee loves to travel, flying, driving, walking-anything! She loves having the opportunity to visit new places so I can learn and experience new things.

Michael Schlimmer joins us for the first time this year. Michael is currently a full-time student starting his senior year at the University of New Hampshire where he is pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is also a Marine Corps veteran and served from 2018-2023 as an aircraft mechanic.

Fun fact: Michael spends much of his free time renovating his and his wife’s historic Alton home.

Peter Berg also joins us for the first time this year. Peter will be graduating from the University of New Hampshire in the summer, and plans to pursue a career in accounting. He also participates in intramural basketball and has had many successful runs in the tournament held at UNH. 

Fun fact: Peter is from Atlanta, GA, and while he enjoyed growing up in the south, he prefers New England. You can find Peter soaking in the sun on a New England beach in his free time.
