Tanuja Nomula Completes Apprenticeship Program

We are excited to share that Tanuja Nomula, our Accounting Apprentice, has completed her program! She has been offered a Staff Accountant I position with the firm, which she accepted!
The apprenticeship program, in partnership with primarily community colleges in New Hampshire, allows an accounting student to engage in a 1-year or 3-year apprenticeship. The student is able to take accounting courses, while receiving on-the-job experience with Mason + Rich. The program provides tuition reimbursement and covers certain expenses for the apprentice. This initiative gives students the chance to explore if accounting is the right career path for them.
