Refund Policy
When paying with a credit card, all payments received are credited to your account and are not necessarily considered paid in full. We do not offer a refund on credit card payments. If you have overpaid your account, the overpayment will be applied to your next invoice for services. Do you take Credit Card payments over the phone? 
No, we do not take any payments over the phone. We accept checks and online payments only. Please use the "Make a Payment" link above to pay your bill online. 

It says I need to provide an invoice number, but I do not have one?
You do not need an invoice number in order to pay online, even though it says to provide one. We will still be able to link your payment to your account without an invoice number. Just type in the amount you will be paying and your card information.
