It is our policy to keep records for six years. Mason + Rich, P.A. does not keep any original client records, we return those to the client at the completion of services rendered under each engagement. When records are returned to clients, it is their responsibility to retain and protect the records for possible future use, including potential examination by any government or regulatory agencies.
