Dennis Giangregorio, CPA, CVA 

Manager - Audit and Assurance

Dennis joined Mason + Rich in 2023 following the sale of his prior accounting firm where he served as the lead audit and assurance partner.  Dennis brings with him over 20 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and closely held businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, SaaS, logistics, wholesale and retail.  In addition to audit and assurance services, Dennis is experienced in business valuation, having provided valuation and due diligence services on business acquisitions for both buyers and sellers. Dennis works diligently to ensure clients receive high value through a collaborative approach to audit, assurance and valuation services.
 
Dennis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.  Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire and Certified Valuation Analyst through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).  He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the NACVA.  Dennis has written articles for Banker and Tradesman, hr.com, and benefits.com regarding regulatory compliance procedures, and the importance of fiduciary responsibilities.
 
In his free time, he prefers to be outdoors, hiking or doing yard work.  When the weather forces him inside he can be found reading, playing chess and drinking entirely too much coffee.
