Leslie Walker, CPA 

Managing Director

Leslie believes that building trusting relationships is the key to a successful business and she strives to build those relationships with her clients.  She provides informed, independent, and candid advice which is why clients turn to her for assistance throughout the year and particularly when contemplating significant transactions.  She also strives to build those same trusting relationships with the Mason + Rich team,  not only because it is the right thing to do, but because she knows that happy, engaged employees are the key to providing exceptional client services.   

As Managing Director, Leslie has imbedded that belief into the fabric of the firm and has implemented various procedures and training programs to ensure that clients receive superior services from team members who are happy and knowledgeable.  She also ensures that team members are continually refreshing their expertise and learning new ways to provide additional value to our clients. 

Leslie earned a Bachelor Degree from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College) and is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
 
She also believes in giving back to the community and participates as a volunteer for various non-profits.  She is on the Executive Committee for the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, and is the Chairperson for Whitaker Place.  She is the past chairperson for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.  She also served as board chairperson for Riverbend Community Mental Health, and as a board member for NH/VT Red Cross, Capital Region Healthcare and Womenade of Concord.
 
In 2022 Leslie received the Above and Beyond award from the BIA and was voted the 2024 Business Leader of the Year by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.

Leslie lives in Chichester, New Hampshire, with her husband and two dogs.  She enjoys gardening, tending to her koi fish and hosting family dinners.
