Did you know that QuickBooks has a built-in calculator?
If you are in any number field in QuickBooks and need to use a calculator to enter the correct value, you can type the equation directly into QuickBooks. If you are looking at a credit card bill and have five charges to add to the office supplies account, just type the formula into QuickBooks and push “Enter” when done. This can save you a lot of time re-entering the results of equations into QuickBooks. The calculator works for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
