February 2024 Dennis Giangregorio has earned the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation. The CVA designation is the most widely recognized valuation credential and the only business valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
As a CVA and active member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Dennis has exhibited expertise in generally accepted business valuation methodologies and approaches and he has met the necessary experience threshold. This certification underscores his experience in business valuation services for gift and estate tax purposes and merger and acquisition activity.
